Following a career in property management, Cedric became a 2008 graduate from The Monterey Institute of Touch (MIT) in Carmel Valley. As an athletic individual Cedric has experienced firsthand how important it is to receive massage for both relaxation and for therapeutic reasons. Cedric has exceptional skills in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, and Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage.

Cedric approaches sessions to meet the client's individual needs and preferences, from deep pressure to gentle work; from targeted pain relief to overall relaxation. He helps clients learn body awareness, stress reduction, and active self-care, so they receive the full benefits of massage after each therapeutic session.

Monterey native, Tracy, has been practicing massage locally since 2005. She is dual certified from Walnut Creek and Monterey Institute of Touch (MIT) in Carmel Valley. She had a passion for massage from a very young age. As her education in massage has grown, so has her desire to help promote health and well being to each client's individual and specific needs. 

Tracy enjoys working with all different modalities including relaxation, sports, injury, and deep tissue massage.
