COVID-19 Safety Guidelines For All Clients
[All therapists and estheticians are fully vaccinated]
Every client will be asked the following questions once they arrive at the office. If the answer is “yes” to any of the questions we will ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Have you had a cough?
Have you had a fever?
Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
Are you living with anyone that is sick or quarantined?
All clients must enter the office with a face mask on. If a client does not have a face mask they will not be able to enter the office. We have to protect the safety and health of our staff and our clients.
Every client will have their temperature checked with a non-contact thermometer. Any client with a temperature above 99° degrees will have to reschedule their appointment and wait until their temperature drops.
All clients must bring their own face covering for when they are laying face up on the massage table to cover their nose and mouth. Using their own face mask is fine. Peak Performance Massage will not provide any masks for any clients.
All existing clients must update their health intake forms. All new clients will be emailed the health intake form prior to their upcoming appointment. Once the health intake form is completed, send it via email to peakperformancemassage831@gmail.com
If you’re 65 years old and older and live where cases have been reported, we urge you to stay home to reduce your odds of exposure.
To maintain social distancing we are asking clients to arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. We are doing this to limit the number of individuals in the office.
All payments for treatments will take place in the treatment room with your massage therapist/esthetician. Once you have finished getting dressed, open the treatment room door and your massage therapist/esthetician will come in to take your method of payment. At this time we will also book future appointments or make changes to future appointments that already been scheduled.
These guidelines will remain in effect during the period of COVID-19 pandemic and may be adjusted as necessary.
