Cedric made training for my first Ironman MUCH more bearable-the wonderful days that I could go get massages as part of the "training" schedule! By far the most talented therapist I have ever had. I still try and sneak in a massage every time I visit Monterey-and Cedric always makes time for me. He and Tracy even gave my mom and I a couples massage on a Saturday morning~she LOVED it!
